Responsibilities
Cherry Hill's Department of Code Enforcement and Inspections is responsible for ensuring all construction work in the Township complies with the requirements of the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code. The Department also inspects for compliance and enforces the Township's Property Maintenance and other Zoning standards. Our clerical staff and licensed inspectors share the goal of granting your Certificate of Occupancy in the most responsible, professional, and efficient manner possible.
