The Tax Collection Department handles the billing and collection of all property taxes and township sewer rents.

Tax Due Dates
Property Taxes Due Quarterly: August 1, November 1, February 1, May 1
Residential Sewer Rent Due Annually: April 1
Commercial Sewer Rent Due Semi-Annually: November 1 and May 1


Annual Township Sewer Discount
The Township offers a 10% discount on the annual sewer charge for homeowners age 60 years or older. Residents must show proof of age to the tax collector to qualify for this discount and must reside in the property.


Tax Payment Reminders
The Office of the Tax Collector will send you e-mail reminders approximately one week prior to the due date to make your quarterly tax payments. If you are interested, register and opt into Tax Payment Reminders. Any questions, please call the Tax Collector’s office at (856) 488-7880.
