The Township of Cherry Hill is seeking Requests for Proposals for new and unused copiers for the Municipal Building, Police Department and Department of Public Works/Engineering.  This proposal includes thirteen (13) plain paper digital black and white copiers/printers and five (5) combination color and black and white plain paper digital copiers/printers.  All equipment included in the contract shall meet or exceed all appropriate established codes and standards regarding durability, performance and life safety.   Equipment shall be in excellent working order capable of producing good clean sharp copies in an efficient manner with minimum downtime. 

Delivery need for all copiers – January 2020

Delivery date in January, 2020 shall be coordinated with the Director of Information Technology (IT) prior to our present copiers being removed.  All copiers will be placed in a staging area and must be in working order with all required options prior to delivery to departments.

Pricing for Lease Agreement must be fixed for a term of four (4) years.  All maintenance, parts, labor, toner, staples, developer, drums, etc.  must be included in the pricing for entire length of contract (four years).

The applicant shall submit one (1) signed original proposal marked “ORIGINAL” and should submit two (2) exact copies of the original marked “COPY” and should submit an electronic copy on a CD or flash drive.
