This project consists of drainage improvements to Princess Rd between Tampa Ave & Deland Ave & to Deland Ave from Princess Road to approximately 400' southeast of the intersection of Princess Rd & Deland Ave in Twp.

Scope to include, but not limited to:
1.  Milling 2" of the existing hot mix asphalt & installing 2" of hot mix asphalt surface course 9.5M64 to match the existing centerline grade.  Contractor shall match existing elevations unless otherwise indicated on the plans.
2.  Installation of storm water inlet structures, manholes &  pipes.
3.  Relocation of sanitary sewer laterals as directed by the Engineer.
4.  Relocation of domestic water service pipes as directed by the engineer.
5.  Installation of an underground storm water detention facility & reconstruction of the existing parking log above..
6.  Installation of concrete vertical curb, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveways & other incidental work as directed by engineer.
7.  Installation of ADA compliant curb ramps at various locations as directed by engineer.
8.  All related incidental work, including earthwork, traffic control, dust control, soil erosion & sediment control, cleaning & restoration.
