ADDENDUM #1 HAS BEEN ISSUED AND MAY BE DOWNLOADED BELOW.  THIS ADDENDUM MUST BE SIGNED AND INCLUDED WITH SUBMISSIONS.  FAILURE TO INCLUDE ALL SIGNED ADDENDA WITH  PROPOSAL WILL RESULT IN REJECTION OF SUBMISSION.

The RFP is for the purchase of Digital Audio/Video Recording System for Cherry Hill Twp. Police Dept. for 2 interview rooms.  This solicitation is to expand our current Comprehensive Digital Evidence Capture & Management Program that will completely integrate with our existing Conducted Energy Devices (Taser), our body-worn cameras & our current Cloud Based Storage Solution (Evidence.com).  The proposed solution must integrate with our current Spillman CAD/RMS system version 6.3.

The bid shall include:  equipment, installation, documentation (if any), training of personnel, cabling & accessories (if any), warranty, maintenance & repair.

The CHPD has made a substantial monetary investment in our comprehensive Digital Evidence Capture & Management Program to include equipment, training & a cloud- based storage solution.  The current contract warrants reliance on a manufacturer or vendor that will maintain the value of the original investment.

The proposer must possess the requisite experience, strength & capabilities in providing the services necessary to meet the requirements as described in the RFP document. Keeping in view the requirement & work involved, the following criteria applies: The proposer must possess the technical know-how & financial wherewithal needed to successfully provide the interview room solution that will seamlessly integrate with our current comprehensive digital evidence capture & management program.
