The Twp is seeking to secure a Vendor to provide telecommunication services listed within the specifications to serve its citizens & internal departments in an efficient and cost effective manner.  The intent of this RFP is to award a contract to the responsible Bidder whose bid proposal, conforming to the RFP, is most advantageous to the Twp, price and other factors considered.

Qualifications:
Contractor MUST be licensed by the Federal Communication Commission as a common carrier.
Special Requirements:
Project MUST by accomplished without interruption to the existing service. Vendor MUST have a corporate facility within 60 mi of the Township with executive staff on location at all times for the duration of the term.
Miscellaneous:
Term: 3 years from final execution of contract and may be extended for add'l period of up to 2 - 1 year renewals, by mutual written consent of the Vendor & Twp at the same terms, conditions & pricing.

IF Addenda is issued, a signed copy of all Addenda MUST be included with bid submission & "Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda" form must be completed, signed & also returned with submission. Failure to include each of these will result in rejection of your bid.
